Our practice is not contracted with any dental insurance companies. This means we would be considered "out-of-network" with your dental insurance plan. We believe in treating each patient the way we would want to be treated, and that way doesn't include the frequencies and limitations that insurance companies impose on your care. With that said, we can provide you a dental claim form by request, so that you may receive reimbursement from your dental insurance company directly.
Do you offer financing options?
At this time, we do not offer any financing options. Payment is due at the time of service. If you are looking to finance the cost of your treatment, we recommend looking into a personal loan through Mountain America Credit Union.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept cash, credit cards, and Venmo in the practice.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Absolutely! Root Dental is open most Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For your convenience, you can schedule your same-day appointment online anytime on our Location page.
What types of services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of general, preventive, and emergency dental services, including: teeth cleanings, check-ups, deep cleanings, sealants, tooth extractions, root canals, dental implants, dentures, fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, and many others. If you don't see the service you are looking for, give us a call. It's likely that we offer it, too.
Where are you located?
We are located in the Courtyard at Jamestown "Chateau" building. The practice is on the Garden level and is fully accessible to wheelchairs.
What are your hours?
We see patients most Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Due to the dental needs of the community, there may be times when we step away from practice. Don't worry though, you can book your visit online anytime.
